How the Newmarket offer works
New2Market is proud to serve the Town of Newmarket. For eligible Newmarket homeowners, we reduce our listing commission by 50%.
- The property must be a residential property located within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Newmarket, Ontario.
- The offer applies to sales only. It does not apply to leases.
- The property must be listed exclusively with New2Market Inc., Brokerage for the full term of the listing agreement, including any extension.
- The reduced rate applies only to the listing brokerage’s portion of the commission. The commission offered to a buyer’s brokerage is separate, is set out in your listing agreement, and is not reduced by this offer.
